All items are shipped with USPS first class mail, delivers within 1-6 days for shipment within the United States.. All items from the shop, with the exception of custom Art Prints, are packaged and sent out into the mail 1-2 business business days after an order is placed unless otherwise noted. Once the item(s) has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, and we will no longer be responsible for timing with USPS.
We currently ship all orders Monday thru Friday from 9AM–6PM EDT.
We also provide priority or rushed shipping via UPS. Please contact us if you require this service. Additional fees may apply depending on goods shipped and timeframe.
We are not responsible for items once it has been marked as 'Delivered' by USPS and/or UPS.
Priority shipments are sent using USPS based on order type and our discretion. Expedited orders are sent same day as long the order is placed by 2PM EDT, Monday thru Friday.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
For non-custom shop orders, we accept order cancellations within 24 hours, only if the item has not shipped. For custom orders, we do not accept cancellation once the work begins. For example, if you placed an order for a custom portrait and we have received your photograph, we cannot cancel your order and will not provide a refund. If you have not emailed any photographs, however, we will cancel your order. Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us and we will send you the correct item per your original order at no cost to you, and you can keep our mistakenly-sent item.
If your order is damaged upon arrival, we offer a replacement at no cost to you, but no refunds.
Once an item has been marked as 'Delivered', we do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds.
Discounted, sale, or clearance items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
